How does an ISP differ from a PDP?

A partial dependence plot (PDP) shows the relationship between a feature’s value and the ultimate predicted outcome of a model. The PDP, unlike an ISP, aggregates information across multiple data points. See Influence Sensitivity Plots for additional detail.
